All hail those who cook and create masterpieces even on a lazy Saturday afternoon. Chef Jeff has an emotional rags to riches story (from prison to best-selling author and chef) wrapped up in a reality show / boot camp cooking competition to win a spot to have the opportunity to cook for his catering company Posh Urban Cuisine, Los Angeles. Sheesh. But I just wanted to see the food...the Crew all hailing from California simultaneously started taking the craft more seriously after he cussed them out when they met...(ok maybe not cussed out, but he was yelling, and I was like, why?) I'm rooting for Adam from South Central, L.A, with his South Central Sushi, he's classic L.A. TiVo Sundays @ 10pm on the Food Network.

THIS IS WHAT I SEE ....
I SEE COLLARD GREENS WRAPPED AROUND WHITE RICE WITH CHICKEN IN THE MIDDLE. AND THAT SAUCE/GRAVY THE WRAP IS LAYING ON ...YOU CAN JUST SEE THE SEASONINGS AND ONIONS SWIMMING AROUND IN IT !! YUMMY !!!!!
