Chef Greenburg presents a menu using ingredients from the Santa Monica farmer's markets combined with unique ingredients from around the world. Try the steak tartar and beef capriccio with crispy capers and truffle-grilled cheese. There's a wide array of specialty cocktails. The cucumber squeeze will definitely tickle your fancy.
